Producer/Promoter Ken Millett has earned a fine reputation as an icon within the Northeast Folk/Americana/ and Acoustic Music scene. Be it organizing festivals or running his own concert series, he has been active in the vortex of presenting music for over 30 years.
Since 1999 and currently, he has been the Co-Director and Entertainment Coordinator of the Colorscape Chenango Arts Festival. Anyone who has attended will recognize him as the lovable "host/ emcee" of the festival.
From 1996-2008, he was the owner/manager of the truly iconic Night Eagle Cafe. The Night Eagle presented 125 concerts per year. The Night Eagle's performer roster included internationally touring musicians from within the worlds of folk, celtic, jazz, blues, Americana, and progressive acoustic music. Easily en par with famed clubs such as Folk City or the Bottom Line in NYC.
For 10 years, he was the Press/Media liaison for the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival. His work there included arranging interviews, photo opportunities, and film crews for national music media.
For 10 years he was also in charge of hospitality at the Music in the Mountains Festival- supporting The Hickory Project's work in the
